Question
there are two 4 ft long shelfs in a package. The shelf marked "A" is only 11'' in depth while the "B" shelf is 12" in depth and works perfectly with
the brackets. How are we suppose to use the 11" depth shelf with the regular 12" bracket as there is no 11" bracket?

The #3R18 FastTrack Shoe Shelf Bracket is intended to be used with our Linen Shelving.
The shelves sold as "A" and "B" are part of our HomeFree and Configurations line - these will not fit the #3R18 FastTrack Shoe Shelf Bracket.
