Some Rubbermaid products carry a lifetime warranty as indicated on the product label. If your Rubbermaid product label stated lifetime warranty please note the following:
• A dated sales receipt for this product or the Lifetime Warranty label is required in order to submit a warranty claim. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original label, store receipt or invoice. Rubbermaid is not responsible for lost, late, delayed or misdirected claims.
•If this product is used in normal household duties as intended and not used in commercial or industrial applications, and fails due to defects in material or workmanship, you may submit a claim as follows:
Send your dated sales receipt or the original lifetime warranty product label; your name, address, phone number, and a brief description regarding the nature of the defect or product failure to Consumer Services Department:

Please do not ship packages to this address, unless requested, as they cannot be received.
Within 4-6 weeks of receipt of your claim, Rubbermaid will issue either a check or a certificate that may be redeemed at any retailer that stocks a current, similar Rubbermaid product or toward the purchase of any other Rubbermaid product. The value of the refund will reflect the average retail price of the warranted item.
