How do you secure the mop head not to fall off.

Mop is new and the mop head came undone from the twister.

The black shaft that is used to twist the mop is inserted through the mop head, which will hold the mop head on the mop. Steps 3 and 4 of the instructions for changing the mop head have been attached.
