I have picked up several individual components from Menards. I have heard, but not sourced as of this post, that Home Depot carries the individual components as well.

The Fast Track Rails and accessories are sold locally.
Rubbermaid ships by the truckload to the retailers' distribution warehouses. The individual stores order the products from these warehouses.

Can the Fast Track be anchored on a concrete wall?
or does it have to be place on a stud wall?

Yes, it can be fastened to a concrete wall, however... you are going to want to get a hammer drill and plenty of tapcon's in order to do so. I don't particularly like hanging items into concrete, but it can be done. See the masonry fasteners department of your local hardware store.

The hardware provided is for installation into 1/2" drywall with studs spaced 16-24".

Question
32" rails won't go in 3 studs
In the instructions, it's pictured that the rail needs to be installed into 3 studs. However, the rail is exactly 32" wide, with the holes set 1/2" in from the rail edges (31" between 1st and last hole), and the center-most holes offset 1/2" to either side of the actual center of the rail. With this design, it is impossible to install into three 16"-center-spaced, 1"-wide wall studs as instructed--the screws all end up at the edges of the studs. Seems like a clearly flawed design to me...

Our instructions are based on a standard wall stud which is 1 1/2" wide. If your wall studs are only 1" wide then it may not be possible for you to hit all three studs. Please make sure when you are installing the rail per the instructions it states the rail must be started in the middle of the first stud. If the rail does not end on a stud, then you would use additional wall anchors and screws for the overhang.

Does Rubbermaid sell any FastTrack scoop hooks and multi purpose hooks outside of the packages? I have the rails but want to buy those hooks. If so, where can I buy them? If not, why not?

The FastTrack Scoop Hooks are currenlty sold only in FastTrack kits and are not sold seperatley.
The Multipurpose Hook is sold seperatley. Rubbermaid ships by the truckload to the retailers' distribution warehouses. The individual stores order the products from these warehouses.

The 32" FastTrack Garage Hang Rail is sold in kits only and does not have a maximum load capacity available. It is to intended to hold the weight limits of the accessories sold in the same kit as the rail - the small Scoop and Handle hooks will hold up to 25 pounds, while the Power Tool Holder will hold up to 50 pounds.
The 48" and 84" Rails will hold up to 1750 pounds.
Weight limits are achieved when the products are installed correctly.

Question
Why are all accessories not available individually?
Not so much a question as a statement. The advantage of "track" organizers like FastTrack is flexibility. One can customize with various hangers to fit one's exact need. But the lack of availability of individual components #outside of sets# negates this advantage. I came upon this product while researching storage options for my garage. But lack of availability of the exact set of hangers that I might want has caused me to remove Rubermaid from consideration.

Currently, the only accessories not available individually are the single hooks and the 36" hang rail offered in the sets/kits; all other accessories are sold separately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
