I had the same problem,but what worked for me was that I filled the bottle half way.

Question

Where do I finfd a replacement bottle for my mop.

Bottle fell out of the mop and cracked as soon as it hit the floor. Couldn't your bottles be made out of a softer material so this wouldn;t happen.First time I used the mop.

the refillable bottle is destroyed from suction?

please advise if i should have been removing it after every use? my bottle won't fit anymore in my mop which i love. what did i do wrong?

The blue foam ring that is used to separate the bottle from the mop is actually part of the packaging and should be disposed of. This is not part of the mop and will prevent the bottle from snapping into place securely.
