Question

Do you make 16" brackets (shelf holders) in the Home Free series. We have just purchased and mostly installed the Fast Track Pantry Kit.

The brackets that come with the Fast Track are difficult to work with - to say the least.

The HomeFree and FastTrack Brackets are not interchangeable. Also, the HomeFree system is sold with a 12" bracket only.

Where may I find Configurations 12" Brackets?

I've been unable to find the brackets, 12" Bracket: (#3N02), anywhere online, including Amazon and ebay (also checked Lowe's as suggested, and Target where I originally purchased the system). Any suggestions where I can find 4 of these?

The Configurations #3N02 Bracket is sold at Menard's.

The HomeFree #3N02 Bracket (in white only) is sold at Lowe's.

Do you make 16" brackets that you can use a rod attachment to0?

We have 16" shelving that we bought 9 years ago. We are updating our system but want to use the our same shelves. However, we need 16" brackets that we can add rod hangers to because you no longer make the rod hangers we initially bought. Please help us out!!

The HomeFree and Configurations brackets, which allow for a hang rod attachment, are currently offered in a 12" length only.

Question

Need another bracket cannot find

I purchased the Configurations Closet organizer and need 1 more 12in bracket to complete our nursery. I have searched everywhere both in local stores and online and cannot find anything that will work. The item does not seem to be sold on your website either and the additional shopping information yields no results as well. How can you not sell additional brackets for this closet organizer?

The HomeFree 12' brackets are sold as open stock at most Lowes store. Please check your local store for availability.

The Homefree Bracket is available for purchase at Lowe's.
