Can the blue ice fun shape be used for hot packs?

I would like to ask if the ice blue packs or gel can also be used for warming food? because other brand ice gel can also be used for hot gel by simply put it in boiled water for 5 minutes and then it can be used at least 5 hours.

Blue Ice is for keeping food colds only. They should not be heated.
