Question

where cna I get replacement lids?

I have a white servin' saver canister set and the lids have split along the corners. The containers are still in great shape , but I guess w/use and pulling on the lids to reove they have weakened.

Question

Can I store hot soups in these containers?

I transport soups and need large containers that will hold the soup and not leak if squeezed or falls over. A container for 1/2 to 1 gallon is perferred.

Our containers are leak-resistant and can help prevent spills when used in a normal household setting. A container that falls over or is squeezed can cause the lid to loosen or come off completely.

Please note that plastics are less flexible when cold or frozen and may break if dropped.

why doesn't rubbermaid provide replacement lock it tops?

I need a replacement top for the faulty one that fits the 14 cups container. Please, can I purchase one? I am getting upset with the one that doesn't work

If you feel your Rubbermaid item is defective and failed shortly after purchase, we ask that you contact our Consumer Services Department toll free at 888-895-2110, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, M-F.

Please have the model number of your product available. Every Rubbermaid product has the Rubbermaid logo and a serial number printed on the label and imprinted into the plastic of the item. This imprinted number may be found on every part and usually on the underside or bottom of the item.
