How do I make a purchase from this website?

I am unable to locate 6M04 - refill for the 2-in-1 Microfiber Dust'n Mop - in stores. I do not see an 'add to cart' button to select an item for purchase.

Rubbermaid ships by the truckload to the retailers' distribution warehouses. The individual stores order the products from these warehouses.
