How to fix a garbage can

I have a 5L81 32qt. spring top garbage can and a spring in lid C has broken. Can I get a spring replacement or do I need a new lid ? Where can I get ether one in the 64068 area

How do I use the LinerLock ? Lid is loose.

Latch broke on my first one and this new one is not the same.

To use the liner lock feature in the wastebasket, lift the wires up and place the trash bag into the can wrapping the top of the trash can bag around back wire. Push the back wire down once the bag is wrapped around it and then place the top of the trash bag around the front wire and push the wire back down.

The #5L62 Wastebasket, 21 quart, is sold with a lid in stores. In the instance that the item was purchased without a lid, we ask that the item be returned to the store for a refund or exchange.
