Planning on using to place all household boxed self-storage items in as many of these bins as possible.

No...Any weight cracks the top and sides. I made a 4 leg stand and a piece of plywood that stands just above the tote. Then I stack.

Question

How can I go about getting replacement lids for your products?

roughneck tote large non hinged where the bottoms is perfect but the lid is cracked and nonuseable and needing replacement.
