BASIC SINK MATS

You are to be comended for keeping this discontinued product and comments on your web site. HOWEVER, the underlying message contained in the comments that you have included is "Why discontinue an age old product that has none of the complaints from those who switched to an "Enhanced" ??? style. The quality, durability, simplicity and customer satisfaction of the discontinued item warrants a serious revisiting of this decision to discontinue same.

Rubbermaid usually discontinues a product due to declining sales. To be successful, retail stores must refresh their shelves and offer a product mix that will stimulate sales. Rubbermaid must continue to develop products that will meet store and consumer demands. This leads to the discontinuation of older products to make room for new or redesigned products.

DISCONTINUED SINK MAT

WENT TO REPLACE OLD SINK MAT, NOT AVAILable, new one is inferior to old mat, product is thinner & appeafrence ?
any suggestion where mite obtain orginal mdesign? thank you

The Basic Sink Mats were discontinued in 2010. We do have access to store level inventory and are unable to provide retail information on discontinued products.
