Question

How do you remove the hook?

My 2 year old was pulling on it while it was hanging from the track and the hook detached. I wasn't really thinking when i put it back on and hammered the pin in. I accidentally put the hook on backwards. How do I remove the pin so I can put the hook on properly?

Unfortunatley, once the pin is installed there is no way to remove it. You would need to purchase a replacement gripper for the accessory by calling Rubbermaid Consumer Service at 888-895-2110 M-F 8:30am-5:00pm ET. Replacement parts are subject to availability.

The Ball Rack does not have the new gripper design. It used the older design without the black locking gripper.

The Vertical Ball Rack is not currently available with the new locking gripper found on other FastTrack Garage accessories.

Question

Will the old Vertical Ball clip-on/locking system work on the newer system, the one with the black locking mechanism?

We just purchased the newer, black locking system for our garage. Will the old Vertical Ball container with the sliver clip work on the newer system? All of the other accessories we currently have, use the black clip locking system. I want to be able to corral the balls on our new Fasttrack system with your vertical ball container.

The older accessories with the "silver" gripper will work on the new FastTrack Garage Rail, including the Vertical Ball Rack.
