Ladder Hook

Part of the FastTrack Garage Organization System, the Ladder Hook stores your ladders vertically or horizontally (two hooks required for horizontal storage). Its “soft grip’ coating protects it from nicks and scratches. A locking gripper and push/pull lever make it easy to attach and adjust on the rail so you can create a customized garage storage system that can change as your storage needs change.

Question

I have a 60 lb ladder

I have a 60 lb 16 ft extension ladder and want to hang it horizontally. I have 2 side by side 84 in rails on studs. If I use 4 ladder hooks (two on each rail) will it hold the ladder with no problem? I noticed each hook has a 50 lb max weight.

If the weight is evenly distributed, the four hooks would be able to hold your ladder.

Please note, one hook should not be used to support 60 pounds.
