This cooler’s extra thick insulation keeps ice up to 5 days at 90F. Its large size accommodates up to 130 cans plus ice. The hinged, split lid creates easy access to contents without letting all the cold air out. The rugged wheels make maneuvering over multiple surfaces easy. Built-in cup holders fit both 12-oz cans and 20-oz bottles.

75 Qt. Dura-Chill Question

I purchased the Dura-Chill today from Lowe's and was excited until I got it home. Only the left hand portion of the hinged lid is insulated; the right hand portion of the lid is completely hollow. Doesn't seem like it will keep food cold that long. Is this one defective?

The cooler is not defective, it does have only one insulated lid. Care and Use for the product can be downloaded from the support center under "Care and Use", from the bottom of our homepage on our website.

Why is there a space for the divider if there is none available?

Why is the Iceolator Divider not a universal fit? Same with the threads on top of the lid - why are they there if not product is available?

The iceolator bottles are not universal as the width and diameter of every cooler is different. At this time we do not manufacture refreeze bottles or iceolators for our smaller coolers, only are large 102 qt. and 150 qt. marine coolers.

We do not recommend using dry ice in our coolers as it is so cold that it may make the liners brittle and very susceptible to cracking.

The interior measurements of the 2C09 cooler are 25.125" from side to side, 11.312" from front to back and 14" deep.

How can the 75QT Durachill coolers 5 day and 6 day be the same outside dimensions?

If the 6 day has more insulation it would have to be larger outside dimensions to have the same inside 75 qt capacity

The insulation is found in between the walls of coolers - the amount of insulation between the two 75 quart Durachill coolers does not change the measurements.
