How do you get your adjustable handle to unjam in a 45-quart cooler

Just bought this product and after only two uses, the adjustable handle will not go all the way back down into position...any suggestions?

WD40 and a rubber mallet will keep it working for a little while. Best bet is to recycle the rubbernaid cooler and get a wheeled cooler with a PLASTIC handle.

i have the 45qt. wheeled 5 day cooler, can i order a replacement lid for it

Inside lid has 2A472. if you looking at the front of the cooler, i only need the lid that is on the right hand side

Question

My handle is broken...do you have replacement parts for this?

I have a model 2A91 45qt wheeled cooler. Recently while using it, when I extended the handle a ball bearing flwe out and on the one side half of the handle remained lodged in the lower portion and I can't get it out. Are there replaceent handles available? It looks like if you want to replace it you would have to take the wheels off and the caps on the wheels look like they're snap ons....so if you take them off you wouldn't be able to put the caps back on.
