Please locate the model number of your item, found molded into the plastic on the underside of the water cooler before calling, so that we can correctly identify your model number and insure you are ordering the correct parts.

Replacement faucets are available to order for the 5 gallon cooler. Please contact our Consumer Services Department by calling toll free 888-895-2110, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

In order to assist you we will need to identify the model number of your item. Before calling, please be sure to locate the model number or UPC number from the label, or the molded in part number found on the item.

All of the Rubbermaid water coolers and jugs are BPA free.

We do not recommend putting hot liquids in our coolers as it may warp the liner.

All sales are final; replacement parts cannot be returned for exchange or refund if the wrong item is ordered.

To remove odors, wash the item with baking soda sprinkled on a clean damp sponge. For even tougher odors, just soak it in a solution of 4 tablespoons baking soda and 1 quart warm water.

We do not provide interior measurements for our coolers. The measurements we provide are exterior and are taken from the largest and widest part of the product.
