Are the dimensions listed on website inside cooler dimensions or complete exterior dimensions including handles?

I need to know the exterior dimensions. I have a specific space in a cabinet that I need this cooler to fit. The website lists the dimensions, but it doesn't tell if they are inside the cooler or exterior dimensions. Thanks,

The dimensions given are the largest outside dimensions, or the amount of space required to store this item. This would include the handles.

Want to make "cooler corn" but don't want to crack the liner or damage the cooler by adding boiling water. Also, will the liner or lid release any toxins when heated?

Our coolers are designed for use with ice and for keeping items cold. Hot water will cause damage to the liner, such as warping; it is not advised to use hot liquids in the coolers.
