Can you tell me if replacement parts are available for the six foot closet organizer?

One of the mounting brackets that supports the lower rod to the middle racks has broken.

I have looked all over Google and even your Rubbermaid website. I can not find any retailers selling the 6-10 ft FreeSlide™ Closet Organizer with Laminate Tower. Please tell me where I can get it. Thanks
