Question

Do you still sell J-hooks?

I have a metal shelf in my laundry room that has J-hooks to hold the rod for hangers. The hook broke and I need a new one.

If it is a plastic rod hanger you will need to check your product for manufacturer's information as we do not make a plastic hanger. If your rod hanger is metal and part of our HomeFree or Configurations line, individual pieces in white are available at Lowes.

Question

Do the FreeSlide corner shelves work with the FastTrack sytem, or do you have to use direct mount?

One of the FreeSlide web pages seems to indicate you must direct mount, but I find that hard to believe. If you have to direct mount the corner shelf, can you still use FastTrack for the rest of the FreeSlide shelves up to the corner shelf?

The corner shelves can be used only with the Direct Mount installation system.

Question

Can we use direct mount and/or track mount?

We are wondering if we can use the direct mount to install the Freeslide shelving in our closet and then use the track mount for only the areas we want to add a second shelf and 3 wire baskets with wood next to this. We have a walk-in closet and while using your design tool this was not an option.
