Are the brackets included? If so, how many?
The kit says it comes with hardware, but it doesn't elaborate. Does hardware mean the brackets? If the brackets are included, are there 3 for a 4' shelf or 4 for two 2' shelves?

Just how do I support this overlap with 36" spacing of the supports I ask??
Please explain how I use 24" shelves with the 36" spaced supports. If I overlap are you suggesting to tie them together to keep them from collapsing??

This kit is an accessory to be used with a Configurations Closet. The uprights for the Configurations system are to be spaced 22" apart to accommodate the 24" shelf. These shelves will not work if your uprights are spaced more than 22".

Question
Where do find the 48" sections.
If 36" sections are not available I could use 48" and overlap. I suppose your going to tell me that they are only in kit form also!! Okay then what kit will give me 3 shelves at least 36" long?

Where can I purchase additional 36" shelves for my configurations closet?
We have recently purchased a new home. The walk in closet has Rubbermaid Configurations shelving. We like the shelving but would like to add more shelves. One wall has 3' supports and 3' shelves. All I see for replacement shelving is 24".

The uprights can be hung from the horizontal hang rail or can be installed directly to studs. The HomeFree uprights are sold through Lowes. We suggest calling your local retailer for availability.

How do I expand configurations system?
I just installed Configurations 4-8 foot kit in my closet. It is very nice and I would like to add to it, but I would need 1 additional hand rail and 2 47.5 in. uprights, Where can I get those items?

Individual pieces and hardware are sold seperately under the HomeFree Product Line at Lowes. The hardware is only available in white. If you are looking for the Satin Nickel/Titanium these parts are not sold seperately.

I have two of the bigger kits plus some of the shelving. My movers lost all of my brackets but 4. Is there anyway I can purchase the brackets?

Question
Why do the 2 shelves in my 3N00 kit have different depths?
One shelf is 12" deep and the other is 11" deep. I purchased 8 0L3-3NO2-L1-WHT brackets which only fit the 11" depth shelf. No mention on shelf package that the 2 shelves are not identical.

The Homefree (and Configurations) shelving have different depths so that they can be overlapped to make one larger shelf.
When the Homefree bracket is installed into the upright, there will be 2 notches at the back of the bracket (near the plastic clip). Shelf A, the smallest shelf, will rest in the front notch of the bracket. Shelf B, the largest shelf, will rest in the back notch closest to the upright.
When overlapping the two shelves, Shelf A must be installed first, followed by Shelf B.
