We suggest that you soak the bottle lid in warm water until it loosens enough to push on the button in the center of the lid nozzle.

To compress the wings of the anchor so that it will fit into the wall, grab the anchor and have the circular head facing you with the anchor wings sticking out to the left and right. Grab the anchor wings with your thumb and index finger and bend the wings down away from the circular head and away from you so that the wings will compress into a point and insert into the wall. Once the anchor is flush into the wall, insert the black Anchor Key to engage the Anchor. This will prevent the piece from pulling out of the wall.

Most of our products are made from polyethylene and polypropylene. One of the features of these plastics is that they are easy to clean because materials do not adhere well to them. To remove stains, we suggest soaking the stained pieces in a solution of one-tablespoon liquid chlorine bleach per cup of warm water for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, we suggest covering the stain with liquid Palmolive Automatic Dishwasher detergent, allowing it to stand for 30 minutes and then thoroughly rinsing the piece.

We do not recommend the use of any abrasive cleaning pads or cleansers as they would scuff the surfaces and allow stains to penetrate even deeper.
