In most cases, you would follow the assembly instructions in reverse order to disassemble our sheds. For assistance regarding a specific shed, we ask that you call our Consumer Services Department, toll free at 888-895-2110, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

In order to assist you we will need to identify the model number of your item. Before calling, please be sure to locate the model number or UPC number from the label, or the molded in part number found on the item.

The doors on this shed attach at the roof and the base. The doors of the shed should be closed when not in use.

The floor weight depends on the type of base it is being placed on such as the ground vs. concrete.

The more solid the base surface underneath the shed, the more weight it will hold. If the base is on a soft ground, it will not hold as much weight.

We offer an optional step for anchoring the shed floor to your foundation in your assembly instructions, but we do not offer any type of anchoring for the shed wall panels or roof panels. These wall panels are designed to snap down into the floor panels. If your area is subject to strong winds, it does indicate on the packaging of the shed to disassemble the product in high winds.

Rubbermaid does not offer free replacement parts for sheds that were purchased on clearance, at a discounted rate or display models. The missing parts may be purchased through Rubbermaid subject to availability.

Rubbermaid does not offer custom sheds. The Roughneck Sheds that we currently manufacture are the only sizes we offer.

We do not sell shed extensions for our sheds to make them larger.

The Fast Track System will not work in the Rubbermaid Sheds.

Organizing your model shed has never been easier thanks to the exclusive Rubbermaid wall anchors. These unique wall anchors allow you to attach pegboard or install Rubbermaid Twin Track or HomeFree adjustable shelving uprights to your walls, freeing up valuable floor space. You may view pictures of the wall anchors through a link on the product information page for the Roughneck Sheds and Big Max Sheds.

Packages of these wall anchors, are available for order by calling Rubbermaid Consumer Services at 888-895-2110, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, EST, Monday through Friday. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

In order to insure that you are ordering the correct anchors, please be sure to have your shed assembly instructions that identify the model number of your shed or the molded in part number found near the Rubbermaid Logo on your door panel available when calling. All sales are final, these parts are not returnable.

You can clean your shed using a garden hose or wash with a mild detergent and water. Do not clean with a stiff or abrasive cleaner.

The Big Max Extension Kits have been discontinued and are no longer available.

We do not manufacture an all white shed. The color combinations we use on select sheds are as follows:

Faint Maple/Onyx
Olive/Sandstone
Sandalwood/Onyx
Sandalwood/Winterfog

These colors can be viewed on the product page of the item under the "specifications tab" on the web page.

The minimum foundation dimensions are 84" wide x 86" deep. This information is also provided in Step 1 of the instruction manual.
